Tool Beast to End Authorized Service Agreement with Stanley Black & Decker Brands (DeWALT, CRAFTSMAN, Black & Decker, Bostitch, and Others)

Tool Beast Ltd. will no longer serve as an Authorized Service Centre for Stanley Black & Decker and its associated brands, including DeWALT, Black & Decker, Bostitch, Porter-Cable, and others, effective June 1st, 2025.
This decision comes after careful consideration and reflects our commitment to transparency, integrity, and quality service for our customers. While we’ve proudly supported these brands for many years, we’ve increasingly faced challenges that have made it impossible to provide the level of service our customers deserve — including warranty claim denials, unrecognized model numbers in the manufacturer’s systems, and an overall lack of support from Stanley Black & Decker’s service infrastructure.
“Our team works hard to stand behind the brands we service,” said Joel Thompson, Co-Owner of Tool Beast. “But it’s become clear that Stanley Black & Decker no longer prioritizes service or the professionals performing it. Our commitment is — and always will be — to the customer.”
Tool Beast will continue to provide non-warranty repairs for select Stanley Black & Decker tools when possible and will assist customers with redirecting warranty claims to the nearest Factory Service Centre. We will also be expanding our support and authorized repair services for brands that share our commitment to quality, repairability, and long-term customer support.
Customers with active Stanley Black & Decker repair claims will be contacted by us before June 10, 2025 for transitional assistance.
