🔋 RIDGID Battery & Charger Repairs

Not sure if your RIDGID battery or charger is covered? We assess all RIDGID 18V and 12V battery systems, including:

  • 🔋 Lifetime Service Agreement-eligible batteries (if registered within 90 days)

  • 🔋 3-year warranty coverage (with or without receipt)

  • 🔋 Failed batteries due to heat, charging error, or overuse

We also track product numbers and serials, which RIDGID now requires on all battery claims.

📋 What If I Didn’t Register My RIDGID Tool?

Many customers forget to register their RIDGID tools within the 90-day window. That’s okay—you may still be eligible under the 3-year warranty.

No receipt? We’ll attempt to verify coverage based on the serial number date code. This includes:

  • 🏷️ Factory code

  • 🗓️ Year, week, and day of manufacture

  • 👷 Shift code and product identifier

If it’s no longer under warranty, we’ll quote the repair cost before doing any work.
