Too busy to drop off your tools? No problem. Tool Beast offers complimentary pickup for tool assessment and repair—making it easy to get your gear back in action without the hassle.

🛠 How It Works:

  1. Fill out the form with your contact details, pickup address, and information about the tool(s).

  2. Our team will review your request and create a project in our system.

  3. We'll contact you to confirm your pickup window on our next scheduled pickup/drop-off day in your area.

  4. Once picked up, your tool will be assessed the next day. You’ll receive a status update the next day confirming warranty coverage or an estimate for approval prior to any non warranty repairs.

  • Free pickup from your home or job site (within our service area)

  • Visual inspection and diagnostic assessment

  • No appointment necessary—we come to you

🔍 Things to Know:

  • Most tools are assessed within 1–3 business days after arrival at our shop.

  • If your tool is under warranty, please include the brand, model, serial number, and purchase date—or a photo of the tool tag.

  • You’ll receive a digital repair estimate before any work begins.
