Beast Mode Repair is Tool Beast’s in-house service for large, complex, or high-value tools that require more than a standard bench repair.

When a tool enters Beast Mode, we take full ownership of the process, including intake, assessment, shipping, manufacturer coordination, and return delivery. You deal with one team, one process, and clear expectations from start to finish.

All tools are shipped to us, assessed, repaired or replaced as applicable, and returned to you. Service is available Canada-wide.

Capped Repair Pricing

Beast Mode Repair includes capped repair pricing, meaning you will never be charged more than the quoted amount.

If a repair is not economically viable, the manufacturer may repair or replace the tool at their discretion in accordance with their authorized service policies.

This eliminates surprise repair bills and estimate delays.

Out of Warranty Tools

Beast Mode Repair applies to:

  • Tools that are outside their original warranty period
  • Tools that do not qualify for warranty coverage
  • Tools that show wear, damage, or failure not covered by warranty

Under Beast Mode Repair:

  • You will never pay more than the quoted Beast Mode Repair price
  • If the cost to repair exceeds the cap, the manufacturer may repair or replace the tool at their discretion
  • Repair decisions are made using manufacturer-authorized processes

This option is ideal when a tool is still valuable but no longer covered by warranty.

Tools Within Warranty

For tools that are still within their warranty period:

  • Repairs due to manufacturing defects are completed at no charge
  • Some issues caused by normal wear and tear or abuse may fall outside warranty coverage
  • In those cases, Beast Mode Repair may be offered as a paid alternative with capped pricing

This ensures you still have a fast, predictable solution even when a repair is not fully warranty-eligible.

Warranty Verification

  • Warranty registration is not required for most tool brands
  • The date code on the tool is often used to determine warranty eligibility
  • A copy of the invoice, bill of sale, or receipt is strongly recommended, as it can assist with verification

Keeping proof of purchase helps speed up the assessment process but is not mandatory.

How the Beast Mode Repair Process Works

  1. You ship your tool to us (Canada-wide service)
  2. We assess the tool and verify warranty status
  3. Repairs are completed by factory-trained technicians using genuine parts
  4. If applicable, the manufacturer may repair or replace the tool
  5. The serviced tool is shipped back to you

Most repairs are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on parts availability and tool condition.
