By participating in the Tool Beast Monthly Giveaway (the "Contest"), entrants agree to be bound unconditionally by these Official Rules and Regulations (the "Rules") and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

1. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored and administered by Tool Beast Ltd (the "Sponsor"). Website: toolbeast.ca

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Tool Beast, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate or win.

3. Contest Periods

The Contest is a recurring monthly sweepstakes. Each monthly contest period begins on the 1st day of each calendar month at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and closes on the last day of that same calendar month at 11:59 PM EST (each, a "Contest Period").

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to obtain an entry into the active Contest Period:

Option A (Tool Registration Entry): Visit https://www.toolbeast.ca/monthly-giveaway during an active Contest Period and completely fill out the product registration form for a new or existing Milwaukee Tool. You must provide a valid email address, contact information, and the tool's unique serial number with proof of original purchase.

Option B (No Purchase Necessary Alternative Method of Entry): To enter without registering a purchased tool, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, valid email address, and a unique handwritten essay of at least 50 words on "Why I trust Milwaukee Tools" on a plain piece of paper and mail it to: Tool Beast Contest Entry, 9-745 Development Drive, Kingston ON, K7M 4W6. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received within the applicable Contest Period to be eligible for that month's draw. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.

5. Entry Limits & Restrictions

To maintain fairness, the Sponsor enforces strict limitations on contest entries:

Serial Number Restriction: Entry via Option A is strictly limited to one (1) entry per unique Milwaukee Tool serial number.
Qualifying Items: Contest entry is limited strictly to power tools and equipment that possess an individual, valid manufacturer serial number.
Exclusions: While accessories, hand tools, and other lifetime warranty items without serial numbers can be registered in the Tool Beast system at any time for warranty logging purposes, they do not qualify for entry into the Contest.
Timing Constraints: Tools must be registered during the specific calendar month to qualify for that month's draw. Tools cannot be retroactively registered for a previous month's contest, nor pre-registered for a future month's contest.

6. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

There is one (1) prize available to be won each Contest Period consisting of:

One (1) Milwaukee Tool Swag Pack
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000.00 CAD plus applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).

Prize Conditions & Shipping Logistics:

General Conditions: The prize has no cash surrender value, is non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prize are permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Shipping Costs: The Sponsor will cover all standard courier or ground shipping and handling costs required to deliver the prize to the verified winner.
Delivery Restrictions: The prize will only be shipped to a valid, physical residential mailing address within Canada (excluding Quebec) provided by the verified winner at the time of verification. Prizes cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, international addresses, or unauthorized third-party drop sites.
Shipping Liability: The Sponsor’s responsibility for the prize ends once the prize is handed over to the selected courier service. The Sponsor is not liable or responsible for any prizes that are delayed, lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged while in transit.
Delivery Timeline: Please allow approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks following official winner verification and the successful completion of the skill-testing question for the prize to be prepared, shipped, and delivered.

7. Selection and Qualification

A random draw will be conducted by the Sponsor on the first business day of the following calendar month from among all eligible entries received during the preceding Contest Period.

Winner Notification & Verification Process:

The selected entrant will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry within three (3) business days of the draw.
If the selected entrant cannot be reached, fails to respond within five (5) business days of the initial contact attempt, or fails to comply with these Rules, they will be disqualified, and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected.
Mandatory Skill-Testing Question: To be declared an official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without mechanical, electronic, or other aid, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by the Sponsor via email or telephone (to comply with the Canadian Criminal Code).
The selected entrant may also be required to sign and return a Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Rules and releasing the Sponsor from liability.

8. General Conditions & Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Tool Beast, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, and advertising agencies from any and all liability, claims, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for:

Late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected entries.
Any technical malfunction, human error, website downtime, server failure, or lost or unavailable network connections that may limit an individual's ability to participate at toolbeast.ca/register.
Any unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

9. Privacy and Marketing Communications

By participating in this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, and tool registration data) for administering the Contest and fulfilling prizes.

Marketing and Promotional Communications:

Consent to Receive Communications: By entering this Contest and registering a tool at toolbeast.ca/register, entrants agree that the Sponsor may use their personal information to send future marketing communications, including updates regarding new product arrivals, exclusive sales, special promotions, company newsletters, and future business opportunities.
Compliance with CASL: All electronic communications will be sent in strict compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Right to Opt-Out: Entrants have the right to withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time. Every promotional email sent by the Sponsor will contain a clear and functional "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the message. Alternatively, entrants may request removal from the marketing database by contacting Tool Beast customer support directly.
No Impact on Contest Eligibility: Opting out of, or unsubscribing from, future marketing communications will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning the Contest, nor will it invalidate any active, qualifying contest entries associated with their registered tool serial numbers.

All personal information collected will securely store and manage all collected personal information in accordance with the Tool Beast Privacy Policy available on the Sponsor's website.

10. Governing Law

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and territorial laws and regulations in Canada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
